The building is located in the center of Lisbon and features a large garden. Our investors’ objective is to transform the building into a living and working residence with 32 rooms, each floor having a shared common space.
We have been working on the project to create a pleasant and unique environment that fosters opportunities for interaction among the residents. To achieve this, we are planning to construct a greenhouse and an external staircase that will connect the common spaces on each level to the garden and coworking area, which serves as the communal space of the building.
