Solution
The building was completely restructured with a new steel framework to reinforce the fragile structure.
High-quality finishes were implemented to meet the demands of the discerning luxury market. The street-facing facade was preserved to maintain its original appearance, while the garden-facing facade was redesigned to be modern and open towards the Tagus River and the bridge.
This building, situated between Rato and Príncipe Real, is one of the most luxurious projects undertaken by the agency in Lisbon.
