Awaiting the issuance of an opinion from the Lisbon City Council regarding the submitted Licensing request, the Esperança 2-4 project aims to renovate a building located in the Estrela parish, within the Urbanization Plan of the Madragoa Historic Core. The building is attached to a national monument, the Chafariz da Esperança (Esperança Fountain).
