Renovation Project in Carcavelos

As part of an ambitious project led by the French development group Réalité, our architecture firm is responsible for the complete rehabilitation of a ruined building in Carcavelos, Portugal.

This project perfectly embodies our approach: respect for heritage, structural innovation, and architectural quality. The goal is to preserve the building’s soul while breathing new life into it. Thus, we are maintaining the original façades, true to the site’s history, while completely redesigning the interior structure to meet modern standards of comfort and energy efficiency.

The intervention includes transforming the building into five apartments and two ground-floor shops, with the addition of an extra level that integrates seamlessly into the existing volume. Each space has been designed to combine functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, ensuring a balance between tradition and contemporary design.

This project is an example of successful urban rehabilitation, where architecture engages with its past while embracing the future. A technical and aesthetic challenge, reflecting our commitment to respectful design and high-quality execution.
